October 26 2025 - Near Sonoma, CA. Props, Pistons, & Pasta on the Runway POSTPONED DUE TO LIKELY RAIN will be at Sonoma Valley Airport on Arnold Drive between Sonoma Raceway and Sonoma. This will be an airplane, car, truck, MV display, and participant lunch from 11AM to 3PM. This airport houses many classic planes including warbirds, including a P-51, P-40N, SNJ, Beech 18 and Stearman biplanes. The owner closes the airport to put the displays on one or both runways. I would expect the half dozen local flat fender jeepers to attend. It would be nice to show a variety of MVs as we promote the MVCC, the organized MV hobby, and Camp Plymouth 2026. It is a fundraiser for the North Bay Air Museum which is operated by the owner of the airport and the warbird ride operation called Vintage Aircraft Company. There will be trophies, not to mention meatballs! Price is $35 per person/vehicle. Email northbayairmuseum@gmail.com so they can plan for enough food. On the Subject Line type: Mamma Mia, Count Me In! Include: your name, the names in your party, and vehicle year, make, model, and if military so we can plan a MV compound. This replaces the Plymouth FALL location. The SPRING location does not change. Camping rates are good all week. Sunday is a pull-out day, not a show day. Check back often as things get updated.
